Teddington: bedroom in good-sized house

Hello! I have a room to rent. I would like someone easy to live with but also of strong character who if there is ever an emergency situation can stand up and take action if needed (I doubt there will be).

If you think you are like this, then I am offering this room at a reduced rate, as above for up to 12 months, minimum stay is 6 months. Ie if you are shy or a shrinking violet, do not apply. Calm, cool, collected but also confident wanted.

The place is very comfortable and easy to live in. Currently just me and my gorgeous mini no-shed labradoodle.

Everything is new now too. New bedroom furniture, mattress, paintwork etc.

The room offered has a bathroom next door, it's Jack and Jill not private (however most of the time no one will be in the room next door - likely only any guest you have from time to time), as you will see in the pictures, on the top floor of the house. There is storage, the place is sunny has all mod cons incl wifi, decent kitchen, double glazing, gch and washer/dryer, dishwasher. I am also happy to say the room upstairs now has air con too! It is very nice temperature in the summer now!

So you would have the bathroom next door but also there is a nice shower if you want to use that on the ground down. Lounge, garden. The house has security system.

All bills included and this also includes cleaner. If you WFH then you may have to contribute more towards the utilities. TBD if applicable.

You provide your own contents insurance for your stuff if you want that.

So this room is for a non-smoker only, no pets. Again, looking for someone easy going but confident and tidy. Financially stable to afford the room. References required. Employed or student considered.
