Beautiful self-contained studio by the river

Please note this is a SHORT TERM let of two months, with possibility of extending 2-4 weeks

I will be travelling for a number of months and I’m renting out my self-contained studio flat in this quiet family home, located by Teddington riverside, minutes away from Teddington lock.

I am looking for a non-smoking, quiet female tenant who will treat the space with respect. It will suit someone who enjoys coming home to a peaceful and quiet home at the end of the day. It is a beautiful space with lots of natural light.

- there is a strict no overnight visitor policy in place so if this is a problem please do not apply

The studio comprises a semi-separate bedroom with en-suite toilet, washbasin and shower, plus a kitchen area. A washing machine is available for use in the downstairs utility room. The kitchen area has a microwave, oven, small hob and a fridge.

The house is close to shops, and Teddington station (Zone 6), with frequent trains to London Waterloo and buses to Twickenham, Richmond, Kingston and Heathrow. Bus 65 just outside the door.

Free street parking available.

Move-in date: 15th August - 25 August
Move-out date: 10th October - 20th October (possibly latest November/December)
