Double room at top of house with own shower, loo, basin room on same floor. Shared living room and kitchen. Garden and patio very secluded. I work from home so I would prefer someone who doesn't work from home. Price includes broadband and energy bills. Council tax is about £130 per month and this will mean you can also apply for a parking permit. Shorter term rent available from £450 per week.
