--THE FLAT--

A newly-renovated flat available in Teddington (for between 3-6 months), just a 4-minute walk into Bushy Park - practically your new back garden!

Surrounded by London's most beautiful massive green spaces (Bushy Park and Richmond Park) as well as the River Thames, ideal for walks/runs/cycles.

Teddington has a lovely cute high street with everything you need, including independent coffee shops (and Gail's etc!), delis, brunch places, restaurants, pubs, supermarkets, gym etc.

--THE OFFER--

I'm moving abroad for work from June until the end of December 2026 and looking for a respectful person who will look after the flat well whilst I'm away, as I've spent the last two years renovating it to a lovely high-standard!

*Preferably a solo female professional*

The monthly price is £1000 + all bills.

I am offering this at a great price, much under market-rate rent, as I am looking for someone who is fairly flexible on length - 3 months is a hard minimum, and 6 months a maximum. Move-in between mid and late June 2026. This will be a lodger contract (there is a further bedroom I will keep empty and locked).

For context, I will be putting the flat up for sale at some point during this period, so you need to be ok with occasional viewings (which will be arranged with you in advance, of course!). If I accept an offer to sell, this will give you at least 2-3 months notice of move-out date. Hope that makes sense, but please ask if any questions! :)
