Room in shared family home

My daughter and I share our family home. We have two spare rooms and are looking for a lodger (or lodgers). The house has a large open plan well-equipped kitchen which opens onto a wildlife-friendly garden and patio; a shared living room with tv and piano; a utility room with washing machine and tumble-dryer. There is a bathroom and a separate shower room, both of which would be shared with my daughter. The available room is furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe. We have a pet lizard 🦎 who is very peaceful. We are looking for someone who would be happy to provide some occasional support to my daughter who has MS (eg cooking together occasionally, making coffee/tea when around etc).
