On a really quiet leafy street with the high street at one end (with M&S food right at the end of the road!) and the station at the other. In a block of eight flats. Plenty of local coffee shops and pubs. Bushy park with the deer is a 5 min walk, too. 

Fully furnished double room available with lots of built in storage and desk. Fully-equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, washing machine and dishwasher. Bathroom with large walk-in shower, heated towel rail and illuminated/heated mirror.  

Access to huge shared garden. Free on street parking (road unmarked).  

5 minutes walk to Teddington station that takes you into Waterloo in 35 minutes via Vauxhall and is TFL zone 6. (Approx every 15 minutes). Easy access via bus to Twickenham and Richmond. Heathrow easily accessible in 40 mins via the superloop bus or 25 mins in car depending on traffic.  

I’m currently living here, a queer friendly 30 year old professional who works from home a fair bit of the time. Looking for a housemate who similar and don’t mind if you work from home too, but ideally someone who works split between home and office. Perfect for someone who wants a bit of separation from the rush of London but still easy enough to get into town. 

New tenant will be subject to affordability/credit check by the landlord, and we rent directly off him. He’s really helpful, lives close by and is always available to pop over and fix something if it isn’t quite right. 

The room is available now as my friend has sadly moved out already, but will looking be looking to sign a new tenancy with a new flatmate from 1 November 2026 for 12 months. Look forward to hearing from you and happy to answer any questions.
