This light and spacious loft room has its own private en suite shower, loo and wash basin. You have the whole top floor to yourself which is great if you want privacy. There is wireless broadband internet access and your room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, small computer desk, computer chair and chaise longue. There's a large shared kitchen-diner on the ground floor.

A family occupies the rest of the house. This is not exactly a house-share situation: you are the lodger and you share our kitchen to cook and eat but your main living area is your room. So we overlap slightly rather than co-habit!

The house is in a great location: four minutes walk from Fulwell mainline station with trains every half hour to central London (Waterloo). In the morning peak travel time there are also trains from Fulwell direct to Richmond (a ten min journey) with a connection to the London Underground - District Line. Alternatively, R70, 33 and R68 buses will get you to Richmond in about 20 minutes.

Kingston is just a short bus or train ride away (10 mins). And several metro-sized supermarkets are in easy walking distance of the house in Hampton Hill and Teddington town centre.

Round the corner from the house is gorgeous Bushy Park with its wide open spaces and roaming deer. Hampton Court and delightful river walks are just a short bike ride (or invigorating walk) away.

The price of £595 per month includes all bills and is for one person staying three months minimum).
