Taking up the top floor of our house this like a self contained flat but without a separate entrance. Large, bright loft extension room, well equipped, with plenty of storage and an ensuite shower room. There is also a living area with a sofa, TV and a kitchenette area with a Microwave, fridge - freezer, kettle and toaster. Set in a quiet road 15 minutes stroll from Teddington station and close to shops, restaurants and Bushy Park.
This is a lodger arrangement rather than a house share. The occupants of the house are a retired couple and a Thai street cat.
You will have use of the main kitchen, the washing machine and tumble dryer, the dining area and the garden. The living area is by invitation only. Parking requires a permit which is not included.
