Large double room in a house is available to move in today for a Single person only
The house is clean and tidy , no shoes allowed in the house, needs to be kept in the porch ( this is very important )..!
We are 5 people and getting on well, so you need to be clean, tidy, respectful. This is not a party house and please do not bother to call..!
The room has a big wardrobe, double size bed, separate drawers and table
We have a kitchen all appliances available in it, separate wc and bathroom to share.
Rent is £175 per week for a Single, inclusive all utility bills and internet connection
Deposit is £ 700
