Single Room with a single bed in a house is available by 19 January
The house is clean and tidy , no shoes allowed in the house, needs to be kept in the porch ( this is very important )..!
We are 4 people and getting on well very good, so you need to be clean, tidy, respectful. This is not a party house and please do not bother to call..!
The room has a wardrobe, single size bed,
We have a kitchen all appliances available in it, separate wc and bathroom to share.
Rent is £110 per week, inclusive all utility bills and internet connection
Deposit is £ 440
