We are just 15 mins away from Surbiton and 30 mins to Kingston by bus; 10 mins walk from Tolworth Station to get to Waterloo in 30 mins. Supermarkets and shops are less than 10 mins walk from the house.
All bills (council tax, gas, electric, water, wifi) are included in the rate. Deposit is required.
