2 minute walk to shops & busses. 30 mins to London Waterloo. 8 minute walk to Tolworth Station (Zone 5).
Surbiton mainline station, 20 mins by Bus.
All bills included, including WiFi.
No full time working from home in communal areas.
(There is an extra £30 each month payable to me for a cleaner twice a month.)
