Double room and private balcony

The house is in the Tolworth area of Surbiton close to Tolworth Broadway with plenty of shops to suit all and great transport links, it is a very convenient location. Tolworth train station is across the road (Waterloo 25mins) and many busses start and end here including the night bus. For drivers the A3 is right on our doorstep and links to the M25 in two different directions in about ten mins. There is also countryside walks starting near to the station and covering many miles as well as parks etc. There are many Stately Homes and National trust properties a bus ride away and Hampton Court Palace and of Course Chessington World of Adventures is close as well.

The room is a large double room for a single person and has everything needed to start renting. It is fully furnished with good quality furniture and bedding and it has a fridge, smart tv etc. It has a large balcony nearly the same size as the room with table and chairs. This area overlooks the garden with trees and is a bit of a sun trap in the afternoon. It is good for growing things if you like that. There are two shared bathrooms. Both have a bath and one has a walk-in shower. They are kept clean and topped up with things like toilet rolls, soap etc. There is also a shared kitchen with large cooker, two ovens and also a microwave and a dishwasher. There is a separate eating area and also a separate utility room with a washing machine. The Lounge area is currently out of use for a few weeks whilst it is renovated but opens up onto the back garden which has eating area with large table and chairs and BBQ.

The house is a big homely house and fairly quiet and you often don't notice others are in. We are looking for a professional working person who has their own life but who gets along with others. We would like a person who is tidy and cleans up after themselves. A short term rental would be considered

Currently we are looking after a friendly dog whilst she is rehomed (due to a death). She is well behaved and quiet and loves people but won't bother you if you are not interested.

The deposit is the same as rent £900 and all utility bills are included including broadband.
