The room can be either:

- furnished for £500 upfront
The house is a 2 bedroom flat on the 2nd floor with a hallway with breakfast table, shared bathroom, shared living room.
Location is great with bus stop just outside, buses to Surbiton Station, Tolworth, Kingston.
The house is equipped with plates, mugs, glasses and cutlery to share. There is a microwave and oven in the kitchen.
Cleaning is shared between flatmates with a cleaning rota.
Free parking on the street plus a reserved spot in the private parking.

£143.50 monthly council tax
Around £15 monthly water
Around £40 (£60 in winter) of gas and electricity
£981 Deposit
(£500 upfront to keep the furniture)
Contract Starts: 2nd October but move in date can be a couple of days before if needed.
