Lovely Double Room in House - Twickenham

Hi,

I’m a live-in landlady with a fully furnished double room available to rent in Twickenham (TW2 5HN).

The room has a double bed with mattress, a double wardrobe and two bedside tables. The house is a lovely three-bedroom home with a big reception room and a modern open-plan kitchen and dining area, plus a small garden. There’s wooden flooring downstairs and in bedrooms, a bathroom upstairs and a separate toilet downstairs. Off-street parking is available and there’s no need for a resident permit.

A bit about us — it’s just me, my daughter (who’s away at the moment) and our cat. Only two people will be sharing the house and facilities. We’re sociable, active, enjoy good food, like a laugh, and keep the house very clean and tidy.

I’m looking for a non-smoking professional or student (female preferred) who’s friendly, easy-going and respectful of a shared home.

The house is close to Fulwell and Twickenham stations with fast trains to Waterloo, a short bus ride to Richmond, and Heathrow is about 30 minutes away by bus.

The rent is £900 per month and includes all utility bills, fibre-optic WiFi, TV in the living room, and use of the washing machine and dryer (telephone not included).
