This room is suitable for young professionals of any age.

It’s approximately 12sq. m and has a pleasant view overlooking the garden.
It’s a generous size for one person and ‘almost’ an en-suite as it is right next to the bathroom.
The bathroom is shared with your new roommate. (I. e. just one other person)

(Our bathroom/ toilet is upstairs in our newly converted loft).

Downstairs there’s a spare loo, large living and dining area and adjoining kitchen with the usual cooking and washing facilities.
Sliding doors separate the kitchen from a seated patio area and large garden.

If you drive there's free parking on the street. If you don't, Whitton overground is minutes away on the High Street where you can get everything you need.
The overground takes you to Waterloo or Richmond (2 stops) where you can get the tube.
The price includes ALL bills (no surprises)!
Small returnable deposit, 3 months minimum stay, and one month notice if your circumstances change.
You are obviously free to personalise the room to your own taste.
