Double Bedroom Located Close to Richmond Bridge

A bright, cosy-double room is becoming available 30th of May in the Richmond / St Margaret’s area. The flat is comfortable and spacious, and we’re located near Richmond Bridge. It’s a 10-minute walk to Richmond Hill, a 15-minute walk to Richmond Station and an 8-minute walk to St Margaret’s Station. Short walk to Lidl, Tesco, M&S or Waitrose.

The rent is £800 + bills, which are roughly £110. The heating in winter is free as there is central heating for the whole block of flats, so no need to worry about the heating bill! You’d be living with two girls in their early 30’s. We’re super chill and go to the pub occasionally, but we mostly do our own thing. We’re ideally looking for someone who is chill as well and considerate 🫶

No pets, and the minimum term is 12 months. The landlady is very communicative and accommodating, and we deal directly with her.
