Lovely room in clean modern house - females only!

I have a nice west facing room with a double bed - which be ideal for a professional female working in or around the area. I already have one lodger in her 30's . The room is clean and bright with 2 double wardrobes and a chest of drawers - so plenty of storage. There's a relatively brand new bed and mattress. I live in a large modern home also with plenty of storage.. There is also a beautiful bathroom with a walk-in shower - also with plenty of storage! This bathroom would be shared with my other lodger who is lovely and very clean and tidy. There are 3 showers in the house and so always a spare if necessary.

There is a large open-plan kitchen, dining and sofa room. But there is also another sitting room and an office - so there's always a quiet space if needed.

I also have a small room that the previous owners used as a gym - I don't have any gym equipment in it bar from a mat and weights ! but I do exercise in it !

The house has everything you would need. Large flat screen TV with Virgin TV. Fast fibre optic broadband with additional direct ethernet ports if required.
We are a quiet household but I am a very friendly lady and am looking for someone nice who is neat and tidy and respectful. I have a love for nature and the outdoors. I also enjoy healthy food and choclate and wine - hmmm ! And there is a fantastic kitchen to cook in.
There is also a nice garden with patio area to relax in.

There is free parking on the street if you do drive. There is also a bike store if you need to store a bicycle. The house is very well connected to public transport, there being frequent buses locally. The house is a 7-minute walk to Whitton rail station with fast trains going to Richmond (7 minutes – where you can get on to the London Underground), Clapham Junction (18 Minutes), and Waterloo ( 27 minutes). And a 15-minute walk to Strawberry Hill station and a 22-minute scenic walk along the River Crane to Twickenham. I live 5 minutes walk from the River Crane which is a nice walk in either direction.

Kneller Gardens is less than 5 minutes with Tennis Courts and lots of activities going on... makes me feel unfit as I walk through watching all the boot camp trainers !

Twickenham Green is a 10 minute walk with nail plazas, cafes and hairdressers, and Sainsbury's. There is much more in Whitton High Street- Tesco, Sainsbury's, Lidl, Iceland as well as some independents.

The monthly charge includes all bills and high-speed fibre optic internet.
