The apartment is ideally situated with coffee shops, pubs and restaurants on the doorstep and Twickenham Station a 10 minute stroll away. Eal Pie Island, Thames Path and waterfront are also within a 5 minute walk.

The property makes for the perfect home for a single occupant or couple (additional fee). It has two double bedrooms, with modern double glazed sash windows. The living room is large, with a fireplace and gas fire. The kitchen is modern with a breakfast bar, new washing machine, dishwasher and large fridge freezer.

The property is fully furnished including double bed, large wardrobes, dining table & chairs and large sofa.

Access to the property is via a private road into a pretty courtyard – providing improved security and a great place to enjoy a glass of wine in the summer with friends or neighbours!

A bit about us...

We both work in the sports sector, and are usually in the office/out the flat 3/4 days a week. We both play a lot of sport, mainly rugby and golf on the weekends but enjoy all things outdoors.
We a both quite sociable and enjoy spending time out and about with friends, but also love a night in with multiple cups of tea and a movie.

We are looking for a like minded, friendly/sociable house mate to share this lovely flat.
