Looking for someone/couple to take over my tenancy for another year (or longer) in a lovely 1 bed flat in Twickenham Green.

Looking for the tenancy to be taken over by the end of July and move in ideally for August.

Great flat in a small building with parking at the rear. Really nice location:

-Right outside is a bus stop H22/490 that takes you to twickenham and richmond stations (5 and 15 mins respectively).
- 2 minute walk to a few shops and the park.
- 10 minute walk to the high street and a few gyms etc.
-15 minute walk to Twickenham station.

Flat is fully furnished with a large built in wardrobe, bath and shower, double bed, large sofa and kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, balcony and plenty of storage room.

The change of occupancy process means you will need references etc for the agency.
