Large Double Room for female professional

Hi, we are two professional ladies looking for a professional to share our lovely flat.

We are upbeat, like healthy living and cycle to commute, recent 1st time triathloner, who love learning, galleries, gigs, dining out or a relaxing night in. We are well travelled, open-minded and attend church.

We are very lucky to have such a lovely flat ☺️We are looking for someone who wants to come home to a clean, quiet, yet friendly flat, and is mature and independent.

The large double room is unfurnished !!! except !!! some items are for sale for a good price; chest of draws x2, an IKEA bookshelf and an IKEA bed.
The flat which is on the 1st floor has a kitchen (with two fridges), a separate living room dining area, and a shared bathroom with shower and bath (we have poor photography skills so pics may not do the place justice 🙈)
We have lovely neighbours and a communal garden where we have even planted some rhubarb and strawberries. Our neighbour look out for each other.

The flat is a 35 minute train ride away from central London with great links to Heathrow, Gatwick and the coast.
We are situated close to the Twickenham Green. Strawberry Hill train station is a 6-10 min walk away, Fulwell train station 15 min walk and Twickenham train station is 10 min bus ride away. Direct bus to Richmond is 25 min leaves from just a stone throw away. Richmond and Bushy Park are a quick cycle ride or bus ride away.
A big Lidl is 6 minute walk away. Parking possible for small yearly fee in the adjoining street.
