We have a massive unfurnished room available in our 3 bed flat from the end of July 2024 in a great location. The room is very spacious with great natural lighting, comfortably fitting a double bed, sofa, desk, wardrobe with ample storage space. You will be joining the flat with two friendly and respectful young professionals.
Location
The flat is very well connected - a 6 minute walk from Twickenham station (25 mins to Waterloo), and Richmond tube station is a 10 minute bus journey away (there's a bus stop just outside). Twickenham is a great location with shops and amenities, and plenty of green spaces - the Thames is a 5 minute walk from the doorstep and Marble Hill Park is nearby.
Facilities
Full access to a shared equipped kitchen with lots of cupboard space, a washer/dryer, etc. There are 2 cupboards for additional shared storage. There is an additional empty room we use as a shared space. The flat is managed by a residents association which offers benefits such as daily doorstep refuse collection, a shared courtyard, and building manager.
Utilities
Council tax (Band D), water, energy, and high speed broadband are provided but not included in the above rent figure - they will amount to approximately an additional £120 a month.
