Two of our flatmates are moving out to be closer to work and family, so we have two rooms coming available 9th August in our beautiful Twickenham.
About the two rooms:
1 - En-suite Top Floor Room
The room is a large king size room, unfurnished with separate full sized en-suite. Heaps of storage within the room. Has its own Juliet balcony. Rent £975 without bills.
2 - King Size Room
Large room which fits a king size bed and desk. Has access to a water closet which is primarily used just for the occupant of this room. Beautiful fireplace and mantle and bay window. Rent £725 without bills.
About the house-
You will be sharing with 2 other girls & 2 lovely cats. There is a front private drive if you have a car. The house is 3 levels with the king size room and the 2 other girls sharing the bathroom on 2nd level. The house has a beautiful kitchen and a separate utility room with washing machine and drier. There is also a garden that we love to be out in during summer!
LOCATION:
We are a 10min walk from Twickenham station and also have 2 bus stops within only a couple minutes walk. There is a Tesco Extra and a Tesco Express within around 10 minutes walk as well.
About us✨
Kay is an Angolan girl and work full time as a community accommodation support worker for ex offenders, she loves going out and getting lit! But also is a big homebody that enjoys movie nights with snacks 💕
Gwenn is a French cat mom of Hestia and Zelda. They works in publishing with a mix of office and WFH, they loves cooking, reading, and making art. They also enjoys spending her weekend thrift shopping and going out with friends. 🥰
Must LGBT friendly and be happy to live with cats as we have 2 girls name Hestia and Zelda. 🐈
We want you to FULLY enjoy this home with us! We’re well balanced - love a good BBQ or dinner, but equally we love to nest, have a pizza couch movie night. Please see it as renting the whole space, rather than the room. We want it to be your home too. 🥰
We will be holding viewings on the 6th of July and onward

The previous roommates are open to sell their bed frames
