We are looking for a new flatmate to join our fun and social flat, located on Twickenham Green and a stones-throw away from the lively high street.
We are looking for females and non-students only, in the age range specified.
We have lived together for around 3 years and now that our flatmate is heading off to sunny Australia, we’d like to find someone who is easy-going, considerate and enjoys a mix of socialising + their own space to join our flat share. We like hanging out together at the nearby river and pubs, but also spend a lot of time away from the flat with our busy personal and working lives.
The flat consists of 3 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen and a living room. The bedroom is UNFURNISHED.
The room is available from 1st September for roughly 1 year, with the possibility of extending longer.
Bills are approximately £160 extra per month. (Council tax band E)
