Queer flatmates wanted!

Hey everyone! I’m looking for 2 lovely queer flatmates to join me in a 3 bed flat in Twickenham, South West London as my current flatmates are moving out at the end of our current contract in Sep/Oct. Ideally I am looking for people to move in early October.

2 ROOMS AVAILABLE: Both are double rooms, and more than happy for people to put a desk etc. in the shared living room (also open to using the living room as a bedroom instead!).

ABOUT ME: I’m Seb (he/him), neurodivergent 26 yr old transmasc working as a graphic designer/editor, with generally goth sensibilities.

THE FLAT: A clean and modern flat, it has a brand new dishwasher, a washing machine (no dryer), 5 hob electric stove and 2 ovens. There is private parking space at the back of the property with room for up to 3 cars, with a picnic bench and some planters (that I currently grow pumpkins in!). I am upstairs in the converted en suite loft room, so the main bathroom is only shared by 2 people.

LOCATION: The flat is a 10 min walk from Twickenham station, which has 25 min trains direct to Waterloo. Richmond Station with District Line and Overground connections is a 4 min train journey or 10 min bus ride away. 10 min walk to a retail park with an Asda supermarket, 10 min walk into Twickenham town centre with multiple supermarkets, a pharmacy, charity shops, small restaurants and cafes, and lovely parks next to the river.

OTHER INFO: I’d like to keep the flat reasonably quiet, so please no smokers, no drugs, no heavy drinking/partying. Also no pets sadly :(

RENT, DEPOSIT AND CONTRACT: I am looking for 2 people to take out a new 12 month contract with, until around Sep/Oct 2025. The rent per person is currently set at £705 pcm exc. bills but may increase slightly during the next contract. I expect a deposit of one months rent will be required.

ACCESSIBILITY: This is a first floor flat, with 1 set of 8 stairs up to the front door, and another 8 steps up to the main floor of the flat. All available rooms are on the same level as the kitchen and bathroom. The flat has thick carpet throughout (apart from bathroom/kitchen).
