Sadly I am leaving lovely Twickenham to move abroad and therefore I looking for a new tenant.
I am looking for someone (no couples) to take over my tenancy from the 3rd of October onwards. The tenancy agreement is until 1st of May 2025, with the option to extend it for another year.
The apartment is 5 min away from the Twickenham Station and it only takes 25-30 mins to get to Waterloo Station.
About the apartment:
The apartment has 4 bedrooms, 3 of which are rented and the 4th is a living room. In addition, we have a big kitchen with one washing machine (that also dries). We have a separete toilet room and bathroom with shower/bathtub.
It is located 1 min away from the the white swan pub and to the beatiful riverside. If you are a runner, like me, you will love being able to run from your home to Rickmond Park (3.5km distance).
About the room:
The room is unfurnished by the agency, however, I only want to rent out the room to a new tenant who wants to buy off my bed, this includes:
- IKEA BJÖRKSNÄS Bedframe
- eve Premium Mattress
The room faces the backyard of Lebanon Court Building and therefore is nice and quite.
About the Rent and Bills:
The deposit is 730 GBP.
The monthly rent is 608 GBP + Bills (roughly 125 GBP per month)
About the flatmates:
The current flatmates are professional and very welcoming.
Sam I. loves watching Arsenal and David H. who plays video games and works from home.
