Room available in a family home

We are a clean family we young children and we have one room available to rent. Room. Has a single bed, wardrobe and desk. Room is clean. The house has three shared bathrooms. Lodger will have use of kitchen and living room. House was recently refurbished to high standards.
In the house live father, mother and three children aged 2, 10, and 11. The house is very spacious and has plenty of space so that everyone has plenty of privacy. We only take one lodger and we would prefer a female young professional. Mother is from India. Father from Italy.
