Ensuite Double Room, 4 mins to Twickenham Station

Bright and sunny double loft room with ensuite private bathroom situated at the top of the house, so it has a nice private feel. The room is currently on Airbnb for the summer, and it has all 5-star reviews. All bills are included and we have fast broadband.

The house is a Victorian terrace, just a few minutes walk to Twickenham station with fast trains into London Waterloo (22 minutes) and Richmond (5 minutes) where you can catch the tube. There's a Tesco Express (2 mins walk) a Starbucks (3 mins walk) and Twickenham town centre with a big Waitrose and loads of cafes, restaurants and bars is 5 minutes walk. We're about a 10 minute walk from beautiful Twickenham riverside and also very near to the rugby stadium. Gorgeous parks are nearby including Marble Hill.

We are a family – mum Becky and 2 teenage/young adult kids. We are friendly and easy-going and mostly quiet! We've had a previous lodger who stayed for a year and we all got on well :) We have a small Cavapoo dog, Pippy.

The bedroom is a bright, double-aspect loft conversion with two large skylights and a window onto the garden. There's a good size desk overlooking the garden. The room is tastefully decorated with loads of storage space including a built in wardrobe. There's a comfortable king size bed with bed linen. The bathroom has a rainfall shower.

We have a generous-sized kitchen with dining area, sofa and TV. There's also a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. There is a small, sunny garden with seating. (The living room is our family space.)

The location is perfect for getting out of London, with the M3 just a few minutes drive away, and Heathrow also nearby. Parking permits are available from Richmond Council (on-street parking - but usually easy to find a space).
