We are looking for a new housemate for our lovely home in Twickenham :)

Charming furnished double bedroom with wooden floor, exposed brick walls and a garden view, available in December. Situated on a quiet street in a beautiful, semi-detached terraced house with lots of character and original features. Modern extension with plenty of light and storage around communal areas. There's an additional common bathroom on the ground floor. We also have a spare bedroom.

This cosy, bright bedroom on the second floor has the advantage of an additional study area on the ground floor (by the kitchen). A lovely extra space with garden views to work from home or to use as you wish.

Rent is £820 pcm and bills are split between flatmates, budget around £130-50 depending on months and bill fluctuation. Bills include utilities, WiFi and a fortnightly cleaner.

- Kitchen: Premium kitchen with professional stove and dishwasher. Comes with a breakfast bar and a washing machine.
- Other communal areas: large living room with sofas, tv and faux fireplace. Spacious garden with a mini potting shed.

Parking:
On street parking available on a quiet street.
