Looking for a new flatmate :)

I will have a room available in my flat in Twickenham from November, because my current flatmate is moving back to the US. I am looking for a friendly, reliable and tidy flatmate to take over the tenancy. The rent is £900 per month + bills (approximately £1,100 all together). The room would be available unfurnished or furnished (furniture includes a double bed, closet, desk & desk chair). I moved to London 5 years ago to study and am now working full time. I spend most of my time reading, but I also love going to the cinema, and enjoy a night out every now and then.
