Room to rent in stunning Richmond property!

Hello! I'm a current housemate, moving out soon due to work and am looking for someone to replace me. My room is on the second floor. It is a well proportioned space, that gets plenty of light from the overhead windows and comes furnished.
We’re a group of friendly professionals and ideally, we’re looking for a housemate who is also a working professional. Our home is a mix of nationalities, and we’re LGBTQIA+ friendly. We’re hoping to find someone who is kind, respectful, and fits right in.

The house itself is located just across the river from Richmond high street and is situated on a leafy, quiet residential street. It is a 5-10 minute walk from St Margaret's station and a 20 minute walk from Richmond station with links to London via South Western railway, overground and District line.

There is parking available on-street and in the driveway and a garden with plenty of seating space. We also have a lovely cleaner who comes in every Saturday morning to clean the communal areas (kitchen, living room, porch and stairs) for us, though we do ensure to keep the area as clean as possible in between.
