En-suite double room - Females/Single mom’s only

Located on a quiet, tree‑lined street in TW2, we offer this large en‑suite bedroom (16m2). The room comes fully furnished with comfortable double bed , sofa-which can be made in to two single beds, wardrobe, chest of draws and workspace and also has it's own fridge, microwave and T. V. WiFi throughout the house.

The current household is all female adults and particularly suited to single mothers with one or two children and comes fully supported. We’re looking for considerate, tidy and community‑minded residents who will appreciate a calm, family‑orientated environment. We welcome DSS and those mothers who may need a short term placement whilst looking for more permanent accommodation.

Shared spaces: Tenants share a lounge/dining area and a fully equipped kitchen (oven, hob, microwave, ample cupboard space). Each room has its own set of cutlery and crockery provided.

Separate laundry: A dedicated laundry room houses a washing machine and tumble dryer, keeping noise and clutter out of the living areas.

Outdoor space: Residents can enjoy a communal garden, perfect for children to play or for relaxing with a coffee.

Inclusive rent: Council tax, high‑speed broadband and utilities are included, and plenty of parking available. Cleaning products are included as well.

Safety & compliance: The property meets HMO standards with smoke alarms and regular safety checks.

Excellent transport: Whitton station (2miles) offers regular trains to London Waterloo the A316/M3 give quick road access to the M25 and Heathrow. Local bus routes stop close by.
