The room comes fully furnished with comfortable double bed , sofa-which can be made in to two single beds, wardrobe, chest of draws and workspace and also has it's own fridge, microwave and T. V. WiFi throughout the house.
The current household is all female adults and particularly suited to single mothers with one or two children and comes fully supported. We’re looking for considerate, tidy and community‑minded residents who will appreciate a calm, family‑orientated environment. We welcome DSS and those mothers who may need a short term placement whilst looking for more permanent accommodation.
Shared spaces: Tenants share a lounge/dining area and a fully equipped kitchen (oven, hob, microwave, ample cupboard space). Each room has its own set of cutlery and crockery provided.
Separate laundry: A dedicated laundry room houses a washing machine and tumble dryer, keeping noise and clutter out of the living areas.
