We have a lovely large double room coming available from now onwards in our 3 bed flat in beautiful, leafy Richmond.

Available from 1st October. Females only please :)

The flat: is a lovely sunny large double room with 2 big windows 🌞☀️ The room will require a bed but the sofa, black table, chest of drawers and wardrobe in the photos come with the room. So all you’ll need to bring is a bed for yourself. On-street parking permits are available via the council.

Location: the flat is on a residential road in a gem of a central location, just a couple of meters from both the river and East Twickenham high street, right opposite a Lidl supermarket, 10/15 minutes from the station, and 20 or so minutes walk up the hill to Terrace Field and Richmond Park. Richmond is such a beautiful part of London and we feel very lucky to live where we do!

Now a bit about us! One of us is working as a nanny locally and a part time dog walker and the other is working in finance in the city. We’re into self-development, psychology, psychotherapy, health and wellness, music, film, exercise, and more...

You 😊: We’re looking for a lighthearted, conscientious soul with a healthy mix of serious and fun. The flat has a very peaceful, calm atmosphere... We work hard and really value the tranquility of the flat to come back to, and would like someone who shares that same desire. We're not big drinkers and it’s definitely not a party place, although we are looking for someone who is social and open to chatting in the kitchen or landing over a cup of coffee in the morning. This isn’t a deal breaker, but if you’ve done “the work” or are doing the work, we’ll have plenty to talk about.

The rent for this room is £710 PCM plus bills & council tax, and the rolling deposit is £333. The property is managed by landlords and they are great to deal with and straightforward.
