3 Bed House - Looking for 2 new housemates

Current Tenancy ends in January - however i’m sure an earlier move in can be negotiated if needs be! Please do just ask 😊

Friendly individual looking for like minded people to share a home with. I have a flexiworking job so work from home some days and work in the office/ are out and about for work depending on schedules.

Would love to live with other people who are not just looking for a room but somewhere to make a home; and who have similar interests such as sport/ games. I have one dog - He is an eight year old german shepherd cross. He is wary of males and so females are preferred but has lived with and gets on with my male friends - just wary of strangers. He’s fairly non offensive - barks at the door but is non destructive and pretty independent.

Property comes with a large Garden and outdoor space - with a storage shed and storage cupboard too.

The bedrooms are unfurnished - but are both double rooms - one larger than the other. A single shared bathroom; and very randomly a toilet outside. Smaller room can comfortable fit a double bed - small double if you wanted more space.

LGBTQ+ friendly - Would love to live with members of the community - but not necessary. All that is asked is that you have no issue with this and are allies and respectful to all members of the community.

Council Tax Banding: D
Bills not included but everything including wifi usually comes to between £150-£200 on top of Rent.
