Double room with balcony 1min from station, gated

Hi! My name is Annabel and I am renting the double bedroom within my 2-bedroom modern apartment located a minute walk from Twickenham station in a safe and secure, gated area. The double room has its own private balcony looking onto the courtyard where there is a small water feature, it is fully furnished with double bed, chest of drawers and TV. We also have a concierge for any deliveries which is really handy and a private bike room within the carpark below. About me, I am a working professional working within luxury sales, I like socialising out, gym and wine.. mostly! Looking for a like minded person to move in. In the summer its just a short walk (5-10 mins) to the Thames which is an amazing paddle boarding/pub crawl spot. The location is amazing and apartment is very homey, there is no living room but there is a shared kitchen and dining area.
