We have a lovely large double room becoming available in our three bed flat in beautiful leafy Richmond.

Location
The flat is on a quiet residential road in a brilliant central spot. It is just a couple of minutes from the river and East Twickenham high street, directly opposite Lidl, around 10-15 minutes walk from the station, and about 20 minutes walk uphill to Terrace Field and Richmond Park. Richmond really is a beautiful part of London and we feel very lucky to live here.

We are looking for a light hearted, considerate person who balances depth with fun. The flat has a peaceful and calm atmosphere and we really value having a tranquil home to return to after work. We are not big drinkers and it is not a party flat, but we would love someone who is social and open to chatting in the kitchen or landing over a morning coffee.

Practicalities
The rent is £510 per month plus bills and council tax. The rolling deposit is £333. The property is managed by landlords who are straightforward and easy to deal with. Bills come to around £160 pm on average.
