South West London Ensuite Room

THE ROOM:

Large room with skyline windows. Comes with a big dresser, built in wardrobe, and a bedside table. There is a potential to buy the mattress if needed, but not the frame unfortunately.

The rent is £975 (excluding bills, which are between £100-£200 depending on the season! eg cheaper in the summer, more expensive in the winter)

Deposit is £937.

THE HOUSE:

We live in a large 4 bedroom house, that has a shared living/kitchen area, a shared pantry, and a small shared bathroom.

There's a turf garden at the back, and a bricked front garden with 2 parking spaces (one of the girls has a car).

THE GIRLS:

Kay is a 27-year-old Angolan girl who currently works full time as a Community Accommodation Support Worker for ex-offenders. She loves the comfort of her room, but will gladly socialise with the girlies when they're around!

Chloe is a 26-year-old Australian girl who currently works in hospitality. Her main passion however, is the film industry as a director. And of course, her cat Ally!

Mainey is a 28-year-old British girl who currently works in Events. She loves baking and the theatre...Waitress is one of her favourites! And when she's not out, she's home with her cat Blue!

THE POTENTIAL HOUSEMATE:

We're looking for someone who will fit into our house, will keep the place nice and tidy, and will eat any leftover baked goods!

We're sociable girlies, but we also like our own space. We all maintain the shared spaces on a weekly rota, to make sure everything is getting done, but we're not super strict on it - life happens!

We have two cats in the house, who mostly keep to their owners' rooms, or the downstairs communal areas. They're quite shy, so may not necessarily let you too close, but they won't hiss or scratch! They're the 'avoidant' kind, as opposed to the fiesty kind!
