Double Room Refurb House Excellent River Location

I have just finished refurbishing and extending my beautiful house that is 10 seconds walk to the river and 10 seconds walk to the delightful Church Street, known for its cobbled paths, independent shops, cafes and restaurants.

Shops within 5 minutes include, M&S, Waitrose, Tesco and Iceland.

I am looking to rent 1 of my 2 spare rooms, as shown in the photos. Both rooms have brand new beds, mattresses and furniture.

We are a 6 minutes walk to Twickenham station, which takes you to Waterloo in 22 minutes. Richmond is also close by, 4 minutes by train or a 25 minute walk along the river

Twickenham gives easy access to Bushy Park and Richmond park as well as parks on the doorstep such as Marble hill which is moments along the river thames.

There are many gyms in the area such as The Lensbury, David Lloyd, Virgin & Nuffield.

The house has a lovely sunny garden, accessible by bifold doors. A modern kitchen, with all new applicances. Newly refurbished bathrooms. Broadband, Sonos and new LG TV.
