Double Bedroom, Kitchen & Ensuite

We have a lovely comfortable spare ground floor double bedroom with en suite shower room and kitchen for SINGLE occupancy. It has a double bed, wardrobe, 2 chests of drawers, a chair and small table. The room has recently been fully refurbished with its own kitchen and shower room en suite. We are happy for you to hang your own pictures and generally want you to feel at home and comfortable. We have a broadband internet connection. If you have a bike there will be space to secure it in the side garden with locks or possibly in the garage, and if you need to park a car, the roads outside are mostly free parking at any time. We are literally two minutes from the main line station - 25 minutes on the fast train into Waterloo. Shops and restaurants are also only five minutes away and the Virgin gym at Twickenham Rugby Ground is a jog away too. It is a quiet household with a couple and we would look for a professional responsible and tidy lodger who would be at work during the day. We enjoy cycling, golf and playing bridge and we would love someone with similar interests. We would prefer a minimum stay of 6 months and the notice period is two months, but shorter stays could be accommodated subject to negotiation
