Garden flat - Central Twickenham. No bills.

Hi there ! Female wanted to share a two bedroom flat with friendly female and cat .I don't mind waiting a while for the right person and I love showing people around London. . Great location - 5 minutes from Twickenham station and
fairly cheap for the area as I don't really need the money and I'm hoping for someone who will occasionally feed the cat if they are home and I am out. The neighbors here are lovely, and Twickenham train station has fast [20 minutes] and frequent trains to Waterloo / Clapham junction, etc. Also many buses to Richmond, where you can pick up the district line / overground and there are also buses to Kingston, Heathrow, etc. There are 2 gyms and many restaurants / pubs in the area and the river is close. The high street and supermarket is 5 minutes away. The flat has a washing machine, bath with shower over it, microwave, full fiber broadband and shared use of all the facilities - lounge, dining room, garden etc. The room has a pine bed, pine shelving, pine wardrobe and pine chest of drawers. There are 2 sheds in the garden, one only has a bicycle in it which you can use and you can also use the rest of that shed if you like. I work part time for a charity in homelessness [mental health] - its great not having a mortgage ! I would prefer someone who was not WFH. I have rented for a long time and know that this will be your home and want you to be as happy here as possible. Its fairly peaceful here - not a party place. Twickenham is a safe and beautiful part of London close to the Thames, with many water sports available in nearby Richmond.[Kayaking, paddleboarding, etc.] Please message me if you are interested with a few brief details about yourself and any further questions.
