The house is located on Gothic Road, a very smart street and has easy access to friendly local pubs and restaurants. The property enjoys good transport links by road, bus and train.

The current housemates are all working professionals with varying jobs such as Healthcare, Engineering & IT.

Please note we are unable to take couples or students - single occupancy only.

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, double oven, hob and microwave. All cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery and conveniences provided.

The house has two bathrooms (one being an en suite) therefore the main bathroom is shared between three housemates. The bathroom itself is large and has a separate bath and walk in shower.

Laundry facilities include washing machine, ironing board and iron provided.

Bills for water, lighting, gas central heating & hot water, TV licence (communal), high speed fibre optic broadband, council tax all included, as is the weekly cleaning of the shared facilities.
