En-suite double room

Smart double loft conversion with en suite shower room. Our house is a stones throw from Twickenham station and all the amenities of Twickenham. The road is quiet and pretty with parks and walks on the door step. The room has a lovely outlook and is well furnished with a double bed, desk, dressing table and built in wardrobes.
The house is occupied by myself and husband. We are looking for a professional, tidy, friendly person.
We would like to meet any potential tenants in person and will expect some sort of reference.
