You will be replacing our lively British/Australian English senior school teacher (mid-20's) whom is going back to live in Australia at end of this school year after having lots of fabulous European travel adventures!
1 x very cute, shy, well behaved, petite female black cat.

- NO Pets (as we already have a shy petite female cat)
- Happy to share the communal spaces, a conversation & maybe occasionally a meal or two?
- Also able to respect others privacy?
- Willingness to adhere to some basic house keeping rules
- Ensure other sharers have quiet enjoyment of the space ‘after hours’ between 11pm and 7am.
- Happy to pay the required deposit?
- Happy to provide references?
- Always ensure you pay the monthly rent either on (or just before) its due date?
