Centrally heated ( new boiler), own room with shared use of kitchen and bathroom with the sole occupant, use of second lounge, garden with patio area, one parking space available on the driveway.
The room is furnished and offers some storage space, room will also be available in the kitchen for food and kitchen items. Most aspects of house-sharing open to negotiation with a respectful sharer. All utilities and broadband included.
