Busses 248 & 370 - the stop is literally a minute from the flat, and takes you to Romford in 15 minutes or to Lakeside.

The area is safe, quiet and very clean with friendly and peaceful neighbours. I'm looking for a girl who appreciates a calm, friendly atmosphere - this isn't a party house, just a really friendly home shared between two people.
