Single room in 3 bed house with garden

Hi,

I’m friendly, outgoing, clean and helpful and am looking for a flat mate with the same qualities!

I have a 1 year old, however we are out the house from 7-7pm and busy most weekends so hardly around!

I am a 10 min walk from Upminster station or 5 min bus ride away! Upminster is on the District line and you can get into central London in 20 mins. There are shops in Upminster and there is also a local gym which is £15 per month!

Just to be clear, this is a single room available from end of October.
