There is an Aldi, Waitrose and Marks&Spencer. People say good morning in the street, at weekends many walking dogs, playing rugby or out with children. 10 mins from Upminster Station. The walk down to the station is delightful if you like looking at beautiful houses and gardens, there is also a bus which takes 5-10 mins. Easy access for Fenchurch street , Tower Bridge and Canary Wharf.

This room wouldn't suit a remote worker.

Shared use of Kitchen, living room and bathroom. Cleaning up after yourself is essential. Although may consider all chipping in for a weekly cleaner. There is a washing line outside but no tumble dryer, a launderette is a 3 min walk, if required in winter.

It is a pretty quiet house and privacy will be respected.

There is an old friendly family dog at this property. So you will need to be good with animals.
