I'm looking for a flatmate to share my two bedroom flat with. The room is currently vacant, and is being advertised early to ensure we’re a good match.

Both the building and property have been renovated in recent years to a high standard, and are kept very clean. The internal shared parts of the building are cleaned fortnightly.

The flat has a spacious shared living room, which is tastefully decorated. The living room is a plant-filled haven, so hopefully you like large green plants. The kitchen is equally large and fitted with all you might need, from: a fridge/ freezer, to an air-fryer, an open-pantry and washing/drying machine, and hob/oven. The bathroom is sizeable with a walk-in shower and under-sink storage. Both rooms are large doubles, with space for a desk, wardrobes and a cosy chair. Please see the video and pictures to help you visualise dimensions.

Please note I have two very cute, small and fluffy pups (see pictures). They are non-shedding, hypoallergenic toy poodle mixes. They are non-barkers and are crate trained. Please note: If you work from home and are open to playing with them / taking them to potty 1-2 times per day; I can offer you a discounted rental. If this doesn’t apply, the rate as advertised will apply.

Ideally the new flatmate is a working professional, who is personable and friendly, clean and tidy and receptive to being greeted by happy pups each day.

It's important to me that my home is a warm, safe, and happy environment. I will be considerate and respectful towards you, and I hope for mutuality in that regard. Though the flat is spacious, any more than two is a crowd - as such the room is strictly let on single-occupant basis.

Preference will be given to: personable and friendly women, who are clean and looking to rent on a single-occupant (ONLY) basis.

- 15 minute walk to Upminster station
- Upminster to Bank Station - 23 minutes
- Upminster to Canary Wharf - 20-25 minutes
- Upminster to Stratford - 18-20 minutes
