Sharing with 3 other professional females. House is a very pleasant Victorian terrace. Quiet road / quiet house. Excellent standard accommodation with all mod cons including unlimited wireless broadband. Fully equipped kitchen with all appliances. Gas CH and unlimited hot water from modern eco-tech boiler. Would suit someone looking for quality accommodation in a quiet and peaceful house-share. 5 mins walk max to Uxbridge Station and Town Centre with its many shops, cafe's bars and restaurants etc. Fast tube link to Central London. Busses to Heathrow and Stockley Park etc. Pleasant sunny patio garden. Rent includes Council Tax and Water Rates.. Other bills (Gas / Electricity) very reasonable. Street parking available with permit. Minimum six months let.

Bills are Unlimited Broadband, Gas, and Electricity and average £45 per month per person:
Total Monthly rental with all bills approx £552 pcm inclusive.
Total Weekly rental with all bills approx £127 pw inclusive.

The room is a large pleasantly decorated room for single occupancy only. It has a double wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a single pine bed with a quality Hypnos mattress. It has a double convector radiator, and a large double glazed traditional bay sash window letting in a lot of natural light. The room is on the ground floor.

This is a comfortable, safe, and long established house-share with pleasant, mature and considerate professional housemates who have lived together for some time. It is not a short term / airbnb / party type house with lots of visitors coming and going, and where anything goes! We have some agreed 'house rules' to keep it this way.
We are not desperate to let and are looking for the right new housemate. The house is clean and comfortable because everyone has the consideration and makes the effort to keep it that way.

We are looking for a like minded new housemate, who will appreciate the need for consideration and maintaining cleanliness and respect social distancing practices in the current coronavirus situation.
