There is a driveway available for cars and a large shared kitchen with breakfast bar. One bathroom is to be shared between three people. A large garden is available for lodgers to use.
A cleaner cleans the communal areas once a month.
The house is a 5 minute drive from Hillingdon Station and 10 minutes to Uxbridge Station. Brunel University and Hillingdon Hospital are also easy to get to.
All bills and WIFI are included in the rent and the room comes with a double bed, desk and wardrobe.
